- We advertise your
home (MLS, St. Pete Times, Craig’s List, Jeff & Karen’s Homes
and other real estate periodicals), pre-screen prospective
tenants and show the property, accept applications, process
background and credit checks, obtain landlord references and
employment verifications and present the information to you, the
owner, for approval.
Once we have found a suitable tenant, we collect the required
move-in money, verify utilities, and complete the initial move
in walk-through.
Our Tenant Find fee is one month’s rent to be deducted
from money received from tenant.
You only pay if we find
you a tenant that meets your approval.
Property Management Services – To manage tenant relations, handle property management and collection of rent, there is a fee of 10% of the monthly payment. Star One Realty currently manages over 150 single family homes in the West Pasco area. We have three licensed realtors in our office showing our rental homes plus we offer a referral fee to all realtors in Pasco, Pinellas & Hillsborough of $250 as an incentive to get your home rented as quickly as possible.
