This non-profit agency works with prospective homebuyers on credit repair and preparation for home ownership. Clients pay $15 for a tri-merged credit report. The Homebuyers Club services clients in Pinellas, Hillsborough and Pasco counties.

Sometimes finding these eligible properties is tricky, but many of the participating agencies and real estate offices already have websites that promote rehabbed POP properties or give detail about foreclosure listings.
As a lender that can provide:
end loan financing for already rehabbed POP homes and
mortgage rehab financing for those foreclosures not in the POP program,
I took the opportunity to combine and streamline all of these "foreclosed property" and "financing" resources at one place.
