What a Homebuyer Needs to Apply for Funds

Homebuyer MUST attend a County-sponsored Homebuyer class in order to receive assistance and prior to signing contract!

 Lender: All documents must be within 90 days

• NSP Reservation Request Form for homebuyer

Application Checklist

• County Checklist Form/lender

• Bank Application (1003)/lender

• Good Faith Estimate 2010 and Fees worksheet/lender

• Appraisal is not necessary for initial NSP approval!

• Verification of Income and Assets of everyone living in property (3^rd party verification)/homebuyer

• Homebuyer Class Certificate/homebuyer

• Credit Report/lender

• Real Estate Contract/lender

• Statement of Minimum Investment ($500 for Low Income, $1,250 for Moderate/Middle Income)/lender
